Dashboard
The screen you land on. One sentence saying where your brand stands with the AIs, the three numbers behind it, and the actions prepared for you this week.
In 10 seconds
- The sentence at the top is the answer. Everything below it is the evidence for that sentence.
- The Actions card is the only part that asks anything of you. Its sentence says what waits for you, in your plan's words. The rest is reading.
- Nothing here needs setting up. It fills in on its own as each weekly scan finishes.
Before you start
Nothing — this page works from your first run. It is the first screen after you sign in, and the EOMA mark in the top-left corner returns you to it.
If your brand was created in the last hour you will see a progress card instead of the numbers. That is timing, not a fault, and it is covered in "When it goes wrong".
Steps
1 — Read the sentence at the top
One line, in plain words, that says where you stand: "The AIs are not recommending you yet", or "You are on a good path, the gap to your competitors is closing", and so on. It changes as your score does. Read it before you look at any number.

│ └────────┘ └────────┘ └────────┘ │
└───────────────────────────────────────────┘
2 — Read the Actions card
The card named Actions shows the road every action walks, as three numbers, and one sentence under them that says what to do next.
┌─ Actions ──────────────────────────────────────────┐
│ Waiting for you Waiting for your Completed │
│ to start 2 → review 0 → 0 │ ← where your actions stand

│ [ Start your actions ]│ ← then this
└────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
3 — Press the card's button
The button at the foot of the card opens the actions board, and its words say what is waiting there: Start your actions when actions are waiting for you to start them, Review 2 actions when drafts or questions are waiting for you, and See all actions otherwise. Pressing it starts nothing and uses nothing — only Start on the board hands an action to EOMA. See Actions.
What you'll see
The header — "Panel"
The tool name, your brand beside it, and one line: "Your brand's week, and the actions we prepared for you." If no brand is selected it reads "Your brand".
The sentence, and its button
Five versions exist and which one you get is decided by your AI visibility score, not chosen by hand. Below 10 it says the AIs are not recommending you yet; below 25, that they are starting to see you; below 45, that the gap is closing; at 45 and above, that visibility is strong and the job is growing it. Before your first scan it says your first score lands with that scan.
Under it, one line naming how often your brand comes up in the answers we read.
The three numbers
Left to right: When nobody says your name, AI visibility score, AI answers analyzed. Each carries its own window in small type underneath — "all time", "last 8 scans" — so no figure has to be assumed. A number with no data yet reads "—" and says Fills with the first scan; it never shows a zero it cannot support.
"Actions"
Three numbers in the order an action walks them — Waiting for you to start, Waiting for your review, Completed — named as the board's own tabs are named, so the number here is the number there. Under them, one sentence in your plan's words. On the Free plan with two fresh actions it reads "EOMA has prepared 2 actions. On your Free plan EOMA does 2 jobs for you; just press Start. You can also do them yourself." On Growth it says EOMA runs 3 of your jobs at a time instead.
While something waits for you, the number that needs you is lit, a coloured light runs around the card's edge, and the card's button is the page's main button. Review comes first: when a draft waits for your approval, that number is lit even if there are also actions to start. When nothing waits for you, the sentence says what EOMA is doing — "EOMA is working on 1 of your actions. The draft comes to you for review when it is ready." — or when the next actions arrive.
Before your first scan finishes the card has no numbers yet. It reads "Your first actions arrive with the first scan" instead.
"Where your brand shows up"
Four tiles — AI Visibility, SEO, Social, Analytics — each a link to that area, each with one line saying what it answers. A fifth tile, See your AI traffic, reports how much of your Google Analytics setup is connected: not started, some sources live, or both live.
"Our weekly rhythm for you"
A footer strip with the last scan and the next one. It exists to make one thing plain: "It runs by itself every week. Your only job is approving the actions."
Reading the numbers
When nobody says your name — for example 27%. This is the one you are buying. Of the AI answers we read where your brand was never mentioned in the question, 27% still named you. Someone who has never heard of you asked about your category, and roughly one answer in four brought you up. The line underneath gives the raw count — "named in 138 of 511 answers · all time" — so you can check the figure rather than trust it.
AI visibility score — for example 25.3. Your overall standing, on a scale of 0 to 100. It is an index, not a percentage, which is why it carries no % sign: half of it is scored against the strongest brand in your own market rather than against a perfect 100. So 25.3 is a position among real rivals, not "a quarter of the way there" — AI provider visibility gives the range real leaders reach. A small arrow beside it shows the change since the previous scan. The same number, split into its two halves, opens AI provider visibility.
AI answers analyzed — for example 513. How many AI answers EOMA has read about your category since you started, across every engine, with the number of scans underneath. It is a running total, so it only ever climbs. It matters because it is the denominator: the first two numbers are only as trustworthy as the pile they were measured on, and a brand three weeks in has a smaller pile than one six months in.
Waiting for you to start — for example 2. Actions EOMA has prepared for your brand that nobody has started. Nothing happens to them until you press Start on the board, or do them yourself with the steps inside each one. Free and Starter give EOMA a set number of jobs for the life of the plan, and the sentence says how many are left. On Starter, when they are used, this number can still be above zero: those actions are yours to do, or a reason to upgrade. On Free, once both jobs are used, the other cards wait behind a lock on the board and this number is 0.
Waiting for your review — for example 1. Drafts waiting for your approval plus actions where EOMA needs information from you. These have stopped and only you can move them; nothing is published until you approve it.
Completed — for example 4. Every action finished for your brand, the same number the board's Completed tab shows. It is a running total, not this week's count.
The number on the AI Visibility tile. The same visibility score as above, repeated on the tile so you can see it while deciding where to click.
The number on the See your AI traffic tile. Visits AI tools actually sent to your site in the last 28 days. This is the only figure on the page that counts people rather than answers, and it stays empty until Google Analytics is connected.
When it goes wrong
| You see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| A progress card instead of the numbers | Your brand is new. EOMA is reading your website, finding competitors and running the first scan. | Wait. The card fills in as each part finishes. |
| "Brand analysis didn't finish" | EOMA could not read your website — usually a firewall or login wall, a page with too little text, or an AI provider being briefly unavailable. | Press Try again. If it fails twice, use Edit my website URL; a redirect or a www mismatch is the most common cause. Then contact support. |
| "We couldn't load your dashboard" | The read failed. Your data is not gone; this screen could not fetch it. | Press Try again. If it repeats, contact support and quote the "Technical detail" line. |
| A number reads "—" with Fills with the first scan | No scan has produced that figure yet. | Nothing to fix. It appears when the first scan finishes. |
| "New actions arrive with the next scan" or "The next actions arrive on their schedule" | Nothing is waiting for you and EOMA is not working on anything: the board is clear. | Nothing to fix. Open Actions to see what is completed. |
| "…of the 2 jobs EOMA does for you have been used" | On Free and Starter, EOMA does a set number of jobs for the life of the plan; they do not come back when a job finishes. On Free the other cards wait behind a lock. | On Starter, do any remaining actions yourself with the steps inside them; on either plan, upgrade so EOMA does more. |
| "…EOMA runs 3 of your jobs at a time; all three are running now" | Every place your plan gives you is held by a job in flight. | Wait for one to finish; then you can start the next. |
| The sentence at the top has not changed in weeks | The sentence follows the score, and the score moves slowly by design. | Read the arrow beside the score instead — it moves before the sentence does. |
