1. Profiling / Segmentation Explicit Consent Text
I consent to EOMA (“EOMA” or the “Company”) carrying out profiling and segmentation through automated systems, for the purpose of personalizing our services and providing you with a better experience, using your platform usage activity, preferences, the content you create, your AI visibility analysis results, data obtained from your connected platform integrations, and your demographic information;
and, within this scope, to the processing of my personal data (identity, contact, marketing, online service, and transaction data) based on my explicit consent, independently of the other conditions set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK.
Relevant processing purposes: Marketing analysis activities, providing
personalized content/recommendations, improving the user experience.

2. Cross-Border Data Transfer Explicit Consent Text
In order for the service provided by EOMA to be technically deliverable (database, server, artificial intelligence inference, analytics, and marketing services), I give my explicit consent, pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK, to the transfer of my personal data processed within the scope of profiling/segmentation to service providers/vendors established abroad.
The groups of overseas recipients to whom data may be transferred and their fields of activity:
