In its capacity as data controller, EOMA (“EOMA” or the “Company”) takes the highest possible level of security measures in order to ensure that your personal data is processed lawfully and to protect your privacy.
Our purpose is to inform you in the most transparent way, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), about the methods of collection of your personal data, the purposes of processing, the groups of recipients to whom it is transferred, the legal grounds on which processing is based, and your rights.
In the course of this process, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending you commercial electronic messages (electronic mail, SMS) in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation.

3. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is collected based on your declarations through EOMA's website or application.
All of your personal data processed during this process is processed, limited to the purposes specified above, on the basis of the legal ground of “the explicit consent of the data subject” set out in Article 5 of the Law.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data relating to name, surname, title, e-mail address, address and telephone number may, on the basis of the legal ground of “the explicit consent of the data subject”;
- be transferred to Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations for the purpose of providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, and
- be transferred domestically and abroad within the scope of the legal legislation for the purposes of carrying out advertising/campaign/promotion processes and the marketing processes of products/services.
As for your cookie records, information obtained through marketing and campaign activities; favorites, likes, behaviors, preferences, search activities, segments, cookie and advertising identifier/ID information, communication preferences, survey responses, demographic information, customer requests/complaints and location information;
- these may be transferred domestically and abroad within the scope of the legal legislation for the purpose of carrying out marketing analysis studies.
5. Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
If you submit your requests regarding your rights to EOMA by the methods set out below, EOMA will conclude the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for responses of up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page exceeding ten pages. If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee that may be charged by EOMA will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
As the persons who are the owners of the personal data;
- to learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- to request information if your personal data has been processed,
- to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- to request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that the transaction carried out in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the transaction carried out in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- to object to the emergence of a result against the person themselves by means of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- to request the compensation of the damage in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
You may submit your request regarding the exercise of the rights specified above, in Turkish; in writing, to EOMA, in its capacity as data controller, at the address “Ortabayır Mah. Talatpaşa Cad. No:21 İç Kapı No:501 Kağıthane / İstanbul”, together with documents verifying your identity; by electronic mail to legal@eoma.ai or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
EOMA reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
Your application must contain;
- your name, surname and, if the application is in writing, your signature,
- for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, your T.R. Identity Number; if you are a foreigner, your nationality, your passport number, or your identity number if any,
- your place of residence or business address for notification purposes,
- your electronic mail address, telephone and fax number for notification purposes (if any),
- the subject of your request,
and it is also required that the relevant information and documents on the subject, if any, be attached to the application.
Data subjects who give their consent for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages to EOMA may, at any time and without stating any reason, refuse to be contacted — via the contact details they have provided — regarding general and special campaigns, advantages, service promotions, advertising, market research surveys and other customer satisfaction practices.
Data subjects/members may submit such refusal notification through the other relevant channels mentioned above.
In accordance with the explicit notification of the data subject/member on this matter, communications to that party through the channels specified are stopped within the maximum legal period (transactions and communications that are possible/required under the law continue).
