Last updated: 14 May 2026 · v1.0

Plain-language summary: EOMA uses cookies and similar technologies to make our website work better, to measure how it is used, and in some cases to show advertising based on your interests. You can always reject cookies other than strictly necessary ones; a cookie banner (Phase 2) lets you manage your preferences at any time.

EOMA (“EOMA” or the “Company”) may use a number of cookies on our website https://eoma.ai (the “Website”) as part of our activities in the online environment. The purpose of this Cookie Policy is to explain to you which types of cookies we use and for what purposes, how we manage cookies, and what actions you can take in relation to cookies and how.

The Cookie Policy contains information about the use of cookies and similar devices installed on our users' connection units. In some cases the use of cookies may involve the processing of personal data; for this reason, to learn how our users' personal information is used, how you can exercise your rights, and the terms we use to refer to this platform, we recommend that you review our Privacy Policy, which you can access from our site.

You may change or withdraw your consent in the Cookie Declaration on our website at any time through your browser settings.

1. What Is a Cookie?

Cookies are text files, generally consisting of letters and numbers, that are stored on your computer, tablet, smartphone, or other similar devices through your browser by the websites you visit. Cookies are created by the servers that operate the website you visit and do not contain personal data about visitors such as name, gender, or address. When a connection is established between your browser and the server, the site recognizes you through cookies. In this way, the website can determine the content to be delivered to you. Cookies are necessary and important because they make the site more useful and facilitate web usage. Cookies are also used to be able to present advertising to the user according to their preferences and for the other purposes detailed below. Cookies do not harm your computer or device.

2. Purposes of Using Cookies

The main purposes of using cookies on the website are as follows:

  • To improve the services offered to you by increasing the functionality and performance of the website,
  • To be able to collect statistical data on how the website is used, and thereby to be able to improve the content of the website and carry its operation to a better level,
  • To determine how you use the website — including identifying which content you view on the website and the duration of your visit — and to enable the personalization of your usage for subsequent uses,
  • To ensure the legal and commercial security of the website, of you, and of our Company.

3. Types of Cookies

Cookies are classified according to their purposes of use, their retention periods, and their sources.

  • Strictly Necessary (Technical) Cookies: These are the cookies required for the website to be used as intended. These cookies cannot be used for marketing purposes, and if they are blocked by the visitor, some sections of the website will not work.
  • Functional (Personalization) Cookies: These enable the content of the website to be individualized for the visitor and preferences to be remembered. The visitor can block the use of these cookies at any time. However, not accepting these cookies may cause the website to run slowly or result in insufficiently personalized recommendations being offered.
  • Performance (Analytics) Cookies: These cookies, which help improve the website, are cookies that allow statistical measurement for the purpose of analyzing users' behavior, and they contain information such as how and for how long the site is used.
  • Marketing (Behavioral Advertising) Cookies: These are cookies stored for the purpose of presenting behavioral advertising that hosts content suitable for visitors according to their interests. It is possible to block the use of these cookies.

  • Persistent Cookies: These are cookies used for the purpose of remembering the visitor's preferences and that are automatically deleted on a specific date or after a specific period, or are stored until deleted by the visitor. The visitor can delete these cookies at any time.
