1. About EOMA

What is EOMA?

EOMA is an AI marketing intelligence platform that measures how your brand shows up in both classic search and AI assistants, then does the work to improve it. It brings six capabilities into one agent: AI visibility and answer-engine analytics, competitive intelligence, traditional SEO with rank tracking, web-presence and on-page optimization, social listening, and a weekly prioritized action list that EOMA can carry out for you rather than only recommend. It is built for marketing teams, agencies and B2B companies that want one source of truth instead of a stack of single-purpose tools. EOMA was founded in 2026 and is based in İstanbul, Türkiye.

What do AEO and GEO mean?

AEO stands for answer-engine optimization and GEO for generative-engine optimization. Both describe the work of getting your brand mentioned and described correctly inside the single answer an AI assistant returns, instead of inside a ranked list of links. It matters because AI answer engines do not return ten blue links, they return one answer, and the signals that decide whether your brand appears in it are largely invisible to traditional SEO tools. EOMA measures those signals for your brand, tracks them week over week, and turns them into specific fixes.

Which AI answer engines does EOMA track?

EOMA tracks four AI answer engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. For each one it records whether your brand is named at all, whether it is cited as the source of the answer, where it places when the engine ranks a shortlist, how it fares against the rivals an answer actually names, and the sentiment of what is said. Because those are scored separately, you can see which engine is the weak spot instead of only a blended number. On Growth and Enterprise, EOMA also captures Google's AI Mode answer for your category each week, with the full results page and a screenshot, kept as history.

Is EOMA just SEO with a new name?

No. Traditional SEO is about ranking on a results page. EOMA is about being recommended inside an AI assistant's answer, which is a different outcome with different signals behind it. The two overlap, so EOMA includes traditional SEO with keyword and rank tracking, but treats it as one half of discovery rather than the whole picture. The other half is answer-engine visibility, measured by putting real category questions to the engines on a schedule and recording what they say about you and who they cite instead.

2. Pricing, trial and billing

How much does EOMA cost?

EOMA has three plans. Starter is $79 per month, Growth is $249 per month, and Enterprise is priced to scope. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Billing is monthly only, so there is no annual plan and no annual discount to weigh up. Starter and Growth each cover one brand workspace and both start with a 14-day free trial; Enterprise scope is agreed with the team instead. All three include the weekly recommended action list. There is no setup fee and no minimum contract, and you can cancel from inside the dashboard at any time.

Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?

Yes to both. Starter and Growth both start with a 14-day free trial, and a card is required to begin it. Nothing is charged during those 14 days. The card is what lets EOMA start the full brand-analysis pipeline on day one instead of showing you a limited preview, and it means the account converts without an interruption. You trial the plan you picked at signup, so a Starter trial shows Starter and a Growth trial shows Growth. On day 14 that plan is charged unless you cancel first, and cancelling is done in the dashboard.

What is the difference between Starter and Growth?

Starter at $79 per month tracks 30 AI prompts a month and a pool of 200 keywords, and includes one done-for-you agent execution in total, which does not renew. Growth at $249 per month tracks 100 AI prompts and 2,000 keywords, adds social listening on X and LinkedIn, adds the weekly Google AI Mode capture, includes email support, and gives you three done-for-you executions every week. Both cover one brand workspace and both include the full weekly action list. Growth measures twice as much of your buyers' question space, and it is the tier where done-for-you work is a weekly habit rather than a single execution.

What happens when my 14-day trial ends?

On day 14 your card is charged for the plan you chose at signup and the account continues without a gap. Cancel before then and you are not charged at all. Cancelling is self-serve in the dashboard, so nothing waits on reaching a person first. During the trial you see the tier you picked rather than a stripped-down demo, so what you evaluate is what you would pay for. Data collection runs on the same three-day schedule during the trial, so subscribing raises how many questions each refresh covers rather than switching the schedule on.

Can I cancel anytime? Is there a setup fee or a contract?

Yes to cancelling, and no to both fees and contracts. Cancellation happens inside the dashboard, with no phone call and no retention queue to get through first. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no minimum term, since billing is monthly. After you cancel, all features stay open until the end of the period you paid for, and then visibility tracking and reports stop. Your data and past outputs are kept, so coming back later picks up the account you left rather than starting you over from an empty workspace.

What is the Enterprise plan and how do I buy it?

Enterprise is for scope that does not fit Starter or Growth. It tracks 400 AI prompts a month and a pool of 10,000 keywords, covers a custom number of brand workspaces, includes social listening and the weekly Google AI Mode capture, and comes with priority support and a done-for-you execution allowance set to your needs. It is not self-serve, so there is no checkout page and no self-serve trial for it. Use the Talk to sales button on eoma.ai/pricing to leave your details and pick a time; we reply within 24 hours.

3. What EOMA does

Does EOMA only report problems, or does it fix them?

It fixes them. Every week EOMA produces a prioritized action list, and beyond that it can carry the work out: writing the page, generating the structured data, and shipping the change to your site through a connected CMS or as a pull request on your code repository. You approve the draft before anything goes live, and you can ask for changes instead. This is the main line between EOMA and a visibility dashboard, where the finding is the end of the product and the work is left with you.

What is a done-for-you execution, and how many do I get?

A done-for-you execution is one item from your weekly action list that EOMA carries out end to end instead of only recommending. Starter includes one execution in total, which does not renew; Growth includes three a week, and Enterprise is set to scope. On Growth an unused week carries over for one further week, so a quiet week is not lost. Starting an execution is what spends the allowance, and you start it yourself from the action board, so nothing is consumed without you choosing it. The recommended action list itself is unmetered and visible on every plan, including throughout the free trial.

How many AI prompts and keywords does EOMA track?

Starter tracks 30 AI prompts a month and a pool of 200 keywords, Growth tracks 100 prompts and 2,000 keywords, and Enterprise tracks 400 prompts and 10,000 keywords. A prompt is a real category question put to the AI engines, so the prompt count is what decides how much of your buyers' actual question space gets measured. The keyword figure is the pool EOMA may hold for your brand on the traditional search side. Both scale with the plan rather than being sold separately as add-ons.

How often does EOMA refresh my data?

AI visibility refreshes every three days, and a free trial runs on that same schedule rather than a slower one. Each refresh puts your category questions back to the AI engines, recollects citations and sources, and updates the visibility score, so the trend line is built from repeated measurement rather than a single audit. A trial covers fewer questions per refresh than a paid plan, so subscribing changes how much is measured each time, not how often. Search rank tracking runs weekly on every paid plan, and social listening runs weekly from Growth upward.

4. Competitive and social intelligence

How does competitive intelligence work?

You name your competitors, or let EOMA discover them from your category during the first analysis, and EOMA then measures them beside you on the same questions. On the AI side that means share of voice: for one buyer question, which brands the engines name and cite, and where you sit in that order. On the search side it means keyword and ranking overlap, so you can see how many of your keywords a rival outranks you on and which pages of theirs are doing it. On social, competitor benchmarking runs on X.

Which social platforms does social listening cover?

Social listening covers X and LinkedIn, and it is included from the Growth plan upward. It tracks mentions of your brand and of your market, so you see what is being said rather than only what you posted. Starter does not include social listening, so if social is a main reason you are evaluating EOMA, Growth is the plan to start your trial on. Listening is separate from posting: you do not have to connect an account for EOMA to read a public conversation about you.

5. Setup and integrations

What does EOMA integrate with?

For publishing to your website, EOMA connects to GitHub, WordPress on your own server or on WordPress.com, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost and Vercel. Those are the connections that let EOMA ship a fix rather than describe one, whether the fix is a new page, a schema block or an llms.txt file. For reading, it connects to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, both read-only and used as evidence when EOMA decides what to recommend. Social networks are read for listening rather than posted to, so no social account is needed. EOMA sits on top of the stack you already run, so it does not replace your CMS, your analytics or your existing tools.

Do I need a developer to use EOMA?

No. Connections are made once from the dashboard, and after that the technical work happens on EOMA's side. Structured data, an llms.txt file and on-page fixes are written and shipped for you. If your site runs on a CMS you can log into, that is enough on its own. If your site lives in a code repository, EOMA opens a pull request rather than writing to it directly, so a developer reviews the change instead of authoring it. Nothing is published without your approval either way.

How do I get started with EOMA?

Create an account at eoma.ai/signup, choose a plan, and add a card to start the 14-day trial. You then give EOMA your website and your market, and the first analysis runs straight away: it crawls your site, puts your category questions to the AI engines, finds your competitors, and produces your first visibility score alongside a prioritized action list. The first run is the deepest one, and the numbers get more useful with every refresh as history builds up behind them.

6. Company and contact

Who is behind EOMA and where is it based?

EOMA was founded in 2026 in İstanbul, Türkiye by three co-founders, Süleyman Özdaş, Mehmet Emin Yılmaz and Kuzey Ünlü, who started it while studying at Boğaziçi University. The company is independent and bootstrapped. It came out of a straightforward observation: buyers had begun asking AI assistants the questions they used to type into a search box, and almost no marketing team could see how their brand was being described inside those answers. More on the company is on the About page.

How do I contact EOMA support or sales?

Support goes to support@eoma.ai, and info@eoma.ai is the address for general questions and partnerships. For Enterprise scoping, use the Talk to sales button on eoma.ai/pricing rather than email, since it books the conversation directly and we reply within 24 hours. EOMA is based in İstanbul, Türkiye. Email support is included from the Growth plan and priority support comes with Enterprise. There is no ticket portal to sign into, so if you already have an account, writing to support@eoma.ai from the address it is registered to is the quickest way for the team to find your workspace.
