## In 10 seconds

- One bar shows the one thing this screen meters: how many done-for-you jobs EOMA is running for you right now, against the seats your plan holds.
- Running out never breaks the product. It stops one specific thing, and the rest keeps working.
- When you upgrade, the unused days of your current plan are deducted and the difference is charged to your card right then. The new plan opens the moment that payment goes through, on this same screen.

## Before you start

- A brand must be selected. With no brand active the panel says "Select a brand to see plan and usage."
- Payments go through Stripe, our payment provider. The free plan needs no card: nothing is charged on it.
- Nothing else. This page works from your first day.

## Steps

### 1 — Open Settings, then Plan & Usage

```
┌─ sidebar ──────┐   ┌─ Settings ───────────────┐
│  Dashboard     │   │  WORKSPACE               │
│  Actions       │   │  ● Plan & Usage   ← here │
│  Settings ←    │   │    Brand Profile         │
└────────────────┘   │    Integrations          │
                     └──────────────────────────┘
```

The plan chip at the bottom of the left sidebar — the one showing your tier name — is a shortcut to this same page.

### 2 — Read the bar before you do anything else

It is the answer to "can I start another job right now". The bar turns amber at 80% used and red with a warning triangle when every seat is busy.

### 3 — Press "Upgrade plan" only when the bar is the reason

Upgrading opens a panel of tier cards. Pick one, tick the agreement box, and you pay in Stripe's card form. You come back to this page with your new limits already applied.

## What you'll see

### The plan name

The plan's name at the top (Free, Starter, Growth or Scale), with one sentence under it about where the plan stands. On the free plan that sentence reads "No card needed; nothing is charged on this plan."

### The three plan rows underneath it

**Brand profile depth** — "Basic" or "Deep AI training". **Social listening** — "Disabled", "Weekly", "Daily" or "Once at onboarding". **Support** — a dash, "Email", or "Priority".

### "Upgrade plan" and "Cancel subscription"

Two buttons in a row. Cancel appears only when there is a paid subscription to cancel; it is hidden once a cancellation is already scheduled.

### "Usage" — the bar

One bar, "Done-for-you executions", showing used / limit: how many seats are taken right now against how many your plan holds. It carries no reset date — seats free as work finishes. Your tracked-prompt count is not metered on this screen; the prompt ceiling for each plan is on [Plans and limits](/docs/start-here/plans-and-limits).

### After a payment

Paying does not bring you back here. The payment page says "Payment received" while your plan is being activated, and the dashboard opens by itself when it is ready. If activating takes longer than expected, the page says so: your payment was received, so do not pay again.

## Reading the numbers

**Done-for-you executions — for example 2 / 3.** This is how many actions EOMA is carrying out *for* you right now, against how many it can hold at once. Growth gives you 3 seats, Scale 6, Enterprise a custom number. A seat is taken the moment you press Start on an action and frees the moment that action reaches done or you remove it — so "2 / 3" means two seats are taken and one is open. There is no weekly quota behind this bar and nothing resets on Monday: over a quiet month you can start as many actions as you like, three at a time. Starter is the exception: it gets 3 executions in total, which do not renew — once they are spent, EOMA does no further done-for-you work on the account. When every seat is busy you can still see every recommended action, read it, and do it yourself: the recommendation list is not metered on any tier. Only pressing Start takes a seat, and each action takes exactly one no matter how long it runs.

**A red bar with a warning triangle.** Every seat is busy. On Growth and Scale it clears the moment one of the jobs in flight finishes or you remove it; on Starter the three executions do not renew, so it clears only by upgrading.

**The tier cards inside "Upgrade plan".** Starter is $49 a month: 30 AI prompts, 200 keywords tracked, 3 done-for-you executions in total, no social listening, no support tier. Growth is $99 a month: 100 AI prompts, 2,000 keywords, 3 done-for-you actions at a time, email support. Scale is $249 a month: 200 AI prompts, 4,000 keywords, 6 done-for-you actions at a time, priority support. A Monthly | Yearly switch above the cards picks the billing period; a year costs ten months (two months free). Moving from monthly to yearly is charged right away, with the unused days of your month deducted; moving from yearly to monthly takes effect when the year you paid for ends.

## When it goes wrong

| You see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Couldn't load plan" with a Try again button | The read failed. Your plan is unaffected. | Press Try again. If the message mentions your session, refresh the page to sign back in. |
| "No active plan" | No plan has resolved for this brand. | Open Upgrade plan and choose one. If you believe you already pay, contact support before paying again. |
| "Your payment was received; activating your plan is taking longer than expected." | Your card was charged and our record of it has not caught up. | **Do not pay again.** Press Check again; it usually settles within minutes. If it does not, contact support quoting the date. |
| "Checkout did not complete. No card was charged." | You closed or cancelled the card form. | Nothing was taken. Start the upgrade again when ready. |
| "Your cancellation is confirmed" | A cancellation is scheduled. | You keep full access until the date shown, then billing stops. Your data, brand profile and history stay intact. Restarting later is a normal upgrade — no setup fee. |
| Enterprise has no card form | Enterprise is arranged by agreement, not self-serve. | Pressing its button records your interest and someone contacts you. |
