## In 10 seconds

- This is the front door to the five SEO screens — every card carries a link into the detail behind it.
- It adds no new numbers of its own. Each figure is one of the detail screens, shortened.
- A card with nothing in it says why it is empty and when it will fill, instead of showing a zero.

## Before you start

- Keywords must already exist for your brand. EOMA builds that list for you during
  setup, by hand — it is not started by your signup. Until it is done, this screen
  says your portfolio is being built. See [Portfolio](/docs/pages/portfolio).
- Your first Google ranking scan must have run. It completes within 24 hours of the
  keyword list being ready, then repeats weekly.
- Nothing else. Every plan sees this screen, and there is no upgrade lock on it.
  Your plan changes how many keywords are measured, not whether the screen works.
  See [Plans and limits](/docs/start-here/plans-and-limits).

## Steps

### 1 — Open SEO in the left sidebar

The section header itself lands here. You do not need to pick a sub-item.

```
┌─ sidebar ──────────────┐
│   AI Visibility        │
│ ● SEO            ← click
│     SEO summary        │
│     Share of Voice     │
│     Opportunities      │
│     Portfolio          │
│     Rank Tracking      │
│     Competitors        │
└────────────────────────┘
```

### 2 — Read the sentence at the top

One line, in plain numbers: how many keywords you appear on, what they are worth
in clicks, where you sit against the field. If you read nothing else, read that.

### 3 — Follow one card into its detail screen

Each card ends with a link — *Rank tracking →*, *Visibility →*, *Opportunities →*,
*Portfolio →*. The card is the summary; the link is the working screen.

## What you'll see

### The verdict line

A full-width sentence under the title. It names the keywords you appear on, the
clicks those positions are worth, your position in the field, and how many
keywords sit one step below page 1. On a brand with no rankings yet it says so
instead, and the rest of the screen still renders.

### The four numbers — "Your market share", "Ranking keywords", "Est. clicks/month", "Winnable"

A row of four, left to right. Each carries a smaller line under it saying what it
was measured against.

### "Position distribution" · "How is the share split across the keywords you compete on?" · "Since the last scan"

The first card row. A colour bar of where your positions sit, a ladder of who
takes the clicks on the searches you share, and a movement count.

### "Closest to page 1" · "Demand and intent"

The second card row. Five keywords ranked 4–20, page 2 first; then how much of
your own ceiling you take, and what kind of demand you are chasing.

### "Next step"

One line at the bottom with a coral bar beside it. Always exactly one — chosen by
a fixed order of what usually blocks a brand, never a list to pick from.

## Reading the numbers

**Your market share — for example %11.9, "3 of 14 domains".** Of the clicks
available on searches where a rival also shows up, you take about twelve in every
hundred, and thirteen other websites are splitting the rest. It is deliberately
*not* measured on searches you appear on alone — a search nobody else competes
for is not a market, and counting it would push this number toward 100%. The
smaller line tells you how many keywords it rests on.

**"<0.1%" instead of a number.** You hold a real but tiny share. This is a
different fact from `—`, which means there is no contested keyword to measure at
all, and the screen keeps them apart on purpose.

**Ranking keywords — for example 37/50.** You appear somewhere in Google's top 20
on 37 of the 50 keywords being measured every week. The other 13 are being
checked and are not showing up.

**Est. clicks/month — for example 214, "%18 of the ceiling".** What your current
positions are worth per month, using a fixed click-rate curve by position. The
ceiling is what you would take at position 1 on everything measured — so %18 says
there is roughly five times your current traffic still sitting in keywords you
already track. Where the ceiling cannot be worked out, it says so rather than
printing a percentage of nothing.

**Winnable — for example 12, "%24 of monitored".** Keywords where you rank
between 4 and 20. Close enough that a better page can move them, far enough that
they earn little today. This is the pool the "Next step" line usually points at.

**"Position distribution" — Top 3 · Page 1 (4–10) · Page 2 (11–20) · Past 20 · Not ranking.**
Counts, not percentages. *Past 20* is shown in a warning colour and is not a
weaker version of page 2 — a position at #110 is a different problem from a #12.

**The ladder, "you" marked in coral.** Each bar is one domain's share of the
clicks on the keywords you share with rivals. Yours is always on the list even
when it sits below the five shown.

**"Since the last scan" — Improved · Declined · New entry.** Each keyword is
compared against its own two most recent measurements, not against a calendar
week. The line underneath names how many keywords qualified; everything else was
measured for the first time.

**"Closest to page 1" — for example `antalya villa kiralama · #14 · 6,600`.**
Position 14, six thousand six hundred searches a month. Page-2 keywords are
listed before page-1 ones on purpose: a #14 is one push from the fold, a #6 is
already earning.

## When it goes wrong

| You see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "No keywords for *your brand* yet. Your portfolio is built during setup and appears here when it is ready." | Nobody has built the keyword list for your brand yet. This step is run by hand at EOMA and is not triggered by signing up, so a new brand can sit here through no fault of yours. | Ask support to start it. No SEO screen fills until it is done. |
| "Loading portfolio…" or "Could not load the keyword portfolio." on this screen | The read that gates this page failed. The wording says *portfolio* even though you are on the summary — that is our copy being wrong, not you being on the wrong screen. | Refresh. If it repeats, contact support. |
| "This is measured on searches where **your rivals also appear**. You have none of those yet" | Your rankings are mapped, but no competitor page has been captured on any of them. | Nothing to fix. It fills as weekly scans accrue. |
| "Movement needs **two measurements** of the same keyword. None qualify yet." | Only one scan has covered your keywords so far. | The first comparison lands on the next scan. |
| Market share shows `—` | No keyword of yours has a rival measured on it, so there is no honest share to print. | See [Share of voice](/docs/pages/share-of-voice) for what is measured instead. |
| "ceiling not measurable yet" under Est. clicks/month | Every keyword being measured has no reported search volume. | Add keywords that carry volume from the Portfolio screen. |
